The World’s First TIP TIG Welding School

Learn TIP TIG from the team that brought it to North America — and qualify it on your own material. Hands-on training and full weld-procedure development at TIP TIG USA in Stafford, Texas.

The Welding School

Learn to weld TIP TIG — hands-on

TIP TIG is a semi-automatic hot-wire process: the wire is fed and oscillated mechanically, so the welder manages torch angle and travel, not the manual wire dip. That makes it quick to learn — experienced TIG welders adapt in hours, and newer welders reach X-ray quality after focused training.

Certified TIP TIG welders take you through the process hands-on: all-position technique, low-heat control, and repeatable radiographic-quality welds on stainless, duplex, nickel alloys and more.

This is the only TIP TIG welding school anywhere — the authentic process, taught hands-on by our North America partner.

Why TIP TIG is quick to learn
  • Hands-on instruction from certified TIP TIG welders
  • For welders, fabricators and shops adopting TIP TIG
  • All-position, low-heat, radiographic-quality technique
Test & Development Center

Prove TIP TIG on your material

Bring us your alloy, your joint and your code. The test & development center runs TIP TIG procedure trials on your material and develops the documentation you need to put it into production — the PQR (Procedure Qualification Record) and WPS (Welding Procedure Specification).

It is how the hardest projects start: we prove TIP TIG on your actual alloy and joint — to a radiographic standard — before you commit to production, and hand you the qualified procedure to run it.

  • Procedure trials on your alloys and joints
  • PQR & WPS development for code-driven work
  • From first trial to production-ready documentation
