Overview
The TIP TIG Internal Line Up Clamp (ILUC) works inside the pipe to simultaneously align and purge two pipe joints for external welding. Pneumatically operated, it ensures perfect concentricity, consistent root gap, and an inert purge atmosphere — everything you need for clean root passes. Available for pipe sizes from 4" to 60" (101.6 mm to 1524 mm).
