In 1997, Siegfried Plasch set out to solve one problem: how to get TIG quality at MIG speed. Working from his basement in Wels, Austria, he developed a precisely controlled wire oscillation system. It became the foundation of TIP TIG.
What started in a basement grew into a globally recognized welding technology. Today, TIP TIG systems run in power plants, refineries, shipyards, and pharma facilities across six continents. Wherever quality and efficiency matter.
