3. Cookies
This website does not use cookies — neither for tracking, analytics, advertising, nor for session management. No data is stored on your device when you visit this website.
Should we introduce technically necessary cookies in the future (e.g., for a cookie consent mechanism itself), this policy will be updated accordingly, and consent will be obtained where required.
4. Analytics & Tracking
This website does not use any analytics or tracking services (such as Google Analytics, Matomo, or similar). We do not track your behavior, create user profiles, or collect data beyond what is described in Section 2.
5. Contact Forms & Email Communication
If you contact us via a contact form on this website, by email, or by phone, the information you provide (name, email address, message content, and any additional details you share) will be processed for the purpose of handling your inquiry.
Legal basis: Processing is based on pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention: Your data will be retained for the duration necessary to process your request and, thereafter, for the period required by statutory retention obligations (typically up to 7 years under Austrian commercial and tax law). Data is deleted once these periods expire and no further legitimate purpose exists.
6. Web Fonts
All fonts used on this website (Manrope, Inter) are self-hosted on our own server. No connections to external font services (such as Google Fonts or Adobe Fonts) are established when you visit this website. Your IP address is not transmitted to any third-party font provider.
7. Social Media Links
This website contains links to our profiles on social media platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). These are standard hyperlinks — no social media plugins, tracking pixels, or embedded widgets are used. No data is transmitted to these platforms until you actively click a link and leave our website.
Once you visit a third-party platform, their respective privacy policies apply.
8. Third-Party Content & Embeds
This website does not embed third-party content such as YouTube videos, Google Maps, or social media widgets. All content — including images, maps, and interactive elements — is served directly from our own infrastructure.
9. TLS/SSL Encryption
This website uses TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption for all connections. You can identify an encrypted connection by the lock icon in your browser's address bar and the "https://" prefix in the URL. When TLS encryption is active, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
10. Data Recipients & Transfers
Access to personal data is limited to those who require it for the stated purposes. Apart from our hosting provider (Netlify, see Section 2), we do not share your personal data with third parties unless required by law or necessary for the performance of a contract.
Where data transfers outside the EU/EEA occur (specifically to Netlify in the USA), these are safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) in accordance with Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.
11. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access (Art. 15) — obtain confirmation and a copy of your data
- Right to rectification (Art. 16) — correct inaccurate data

- Right to object (Art. 21) — object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Right to withdraw consent (Art. 7(3)) — where processing is based on consent, withdraw at any time without affecting prior lawfulness
