High quality fabrication with rapid response
When you have multiple high quality pipe welds to make in difficult to weld materials – We can offer pipework fabrication services at their Ploiesti facilities north of Bucharest to the highest international standards.
We specialize in high grade materials ranging from all stainless grades, Inconel, Hastelloy, Titanium, 9% Nickel Steel and Aluminium. Welding of carbon and alloy steels can of course also be performed.
All welding is performed using TIP TIG equipment either in semi-automatic form using our team of highly skilled welders, or in automated form. The maximum quality with high levels of productivity can be achieved.
The service includes clad overlay of components using our highly productive overlay equipment which offer low heat inputs with minimal dilution levels using our automated cladding systems.
The higher productivity that TIP TIG can offer, combined with a lower cost base of operating in Romania, make the service extremely attractive commercially.

Our market is multiple smaller spools and sub-assemblies (<100kg) which are fabricated, inspected and cleared in the facility before being packed and transported to site. The final site welds can be performed with our welders and equipment if required. In addition to pipe welding, fabrication of repeat sub-assemblies in higher grade materials can be performed to the same exacting standards using the TIP TIG equipment.
